Cooling-Off / Returns

Consumer customers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from delivery (or activation where applicable) for contracts and goods, subject to O2’s terms.

  • Devices should be returned unused, with original packaging and all accessories included.

  • Activated SIMs and used consumables may be non-returnable per O2 policy.

Refunds
