For cancellations within the statutory cooling-off period, you may be required to return goods and will receive a refund in line with O2’s Returns & Refunds Policy.
Refunds After Cancellation
Refunds are processed by O2 according to their procedures. Partial charges may apply for any services used prior to cancellation.
Exemptions & Business Customers
Activated or used SIMs and certain business contracts may not be eligible for cancellation or may be subject to different terms.
